Return & Exchange Window
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if required).
- Our support team will guide you through the return process step by step.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for assistance
100% Refund – Quality Issues
- Full refund will be provided if a genuine manufacturing or quality defect is found.
- Refunds are processed after product inspection.
Size Exchange
- If you receive wrong size, we will exchange only.
- Refund is not applicable for size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to change of mind are accepted with a PKR 500 deduction for restocking & government taxes.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Please use a trackable courier service for safe delivery.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
