We offer a 7-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice.
Full refund is provided for genuine manufacturing defects (after inspection).
Size-related issues are eligible for exchange only.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted with a PKR 500 deduction.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

What size men’s footwear should I order?
For help finding the perfect fit for each style, please reference the sizing information on each product page. That said, here are some general guidelines for finding your size:
- For boots and dress shoes, we typically recommend ordering the same size you wear in other high quality leather boots or dress shoes, or ½ size smaller than you normally wear in sneakers. If you are between sizes, we recommend you order the smaller size. (We recommend sizing down because the leather will naturally stretch to form to your feet over time. An initially snug fit is the best way to start off a long-term relationship with your boots.)
- For sneakers, we typically recommend ordering the same size you normally wear in athletic sneakers. If you are between sizes, we recommend you order the larger size.

What width are your men's boots/shoes? Do you offer wider/narrower widths?
At The Royal Brown, unless otherwise mentioned, all of our men’s footwear comes in our custom Standard width.
Our Standard width is designed to fit most customers comfortably. It is closest to a traditional D width, with slightly more room in certain areas to improve overall comfort. For the majority of customers, this width provides a balanced fit — not too narrow and not too wide.
If you usually wear an E width, our Standard width should still fit comfortably in most cases.
In select styles, we offer a Wide option for customers who need extra room. This is generally suitable for those who normally wear EE or EEE widths.
Availability of Wide sizes depends on the specific design and stock.
